Pancakes Breakfast

CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
AND
PLAIN PANCAKES













Pancakes

2 cups flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 1/4 cup melted butter or oil, 1 egg and 1/2 to 1 cup of milk. Chocolate Chips optional.

Sift flour, sugar, salt, baking powder together.  Add butter, egg and milk.  Blend together.

Preheat griddler pan or frying pan with butter or oil.  Spoon batter by 1/4 cup onto griddler until golden brown on each side.
